Burlington, Ontario | Every Other Saturday | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Think about the patient who has avoided the dentist for years because of fear.
The child who needs a little extra encouragement.
The parent who's so busy caring for everyone else they've forgotten to care for themselves.
The senior who simply needs someone to listen.
As a Dental Hygienist, you don't just improve oral health—you change the way people feel about themselves.
You help rebuild confidence.
You replace fear with trust.
You remind people that they're cared for.
At Burlington Family Dental, that's the kind of difference we strive to make every single day.
We're looking for a compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist who believes every patient deserves to feel welcomed, respected, and genuinely cared for. Someone who understands that the most memorable part of an appointment isn't always the treatment—it's how you made someone feel.
This opportunity is perfect for a hygienist who wants to continue doing the work they love while maintaining balance in life.

Every patient who sits in your chair has a story.
Some need education.
Some need encouragement.
Some simply need someone who makes them feel comfortable enough to smile again.
You'll make that happen by:
- Delivering exceptional preventive care, including scaling, polishing, fluoride treatments, and periodontal therapy
- Assessing oral health and identifying concerns early to improve long-term outcomes
- Taking radiographs and maintaining accurate patient records
- Educating patients with personalized oral health guidance that empowers lifelong healthy habits
- Collaborating with dentists and teammates to provide seamless, patient-centered care
- Maintaining the highest standards of infection prevention and clinical excellence
- Building relationships that keep patients returning year after year because they trust you
You're not simply looking for another hygiene position.
You're looking for a place where your work matters.
Where relationships come before production.
Where kindness is just as important as clinical excellence.
You are:
✔ A Registered Dental Hygienist in good standing with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario
✔ Passionate about patient education and preventive care
✔ Warm, compassionate, and able to put patients at ease
✔ An exceptional communicator who builds trust naturally
✔ A collaborative teammate who enjoys helping others succeed
✔ Someone who believes every patient deserves to be treated like family
Every appointment is an opportunity.
An opportunity to calm someone's fears.
To celebrate someone's progress.
To help a child build healthy habits for life.
To give someone the confidence to smile without hesitation.
Those moments may seem small.
But to your patients...
They mean everything.
At Burlington Family Dental, we're building more than healthy smiles.
We're building lasting relationships.
A culture of kindness.
