Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, out going, customer service orientated and passionate hospitality professional to be part of our Casa12doce team . Bilingual English / Spanish preferred but not required.
Please note that our company is unable to provide a work permit.
Responsibilities
- Supervision and management of the front-of-house bar operations, hosts, and servers.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings with staff and review all information pertinent to the daily operations.
- Spot-check the quality of food and beverage presentation and service.
- Review the reservation system, pre-assign designated tables and follow up on all special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and working conditions of restaurant equipment, supplies and work areas.
- Supervises day-to-day operations to ensure all standards and quality service are achieved during each shift.
- Provides orientation and training according to training systems, standards, and manuals for new hires.
You will receive your tips in cash bi-weekly!
