LITE Toronto is a modern multidisciplinary wellness clinic dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care in a collaborative environment. We are currently seeking a Registered Physiotherapist to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to build a busy caseload. Physiotherapy is currently the only major discipline not offered within our clinic, and we receive frequent inquiries from both existing and prospective patients seeking physiotherapy services. There is significant unmet demand, with regular referral opportunities from our chiropractors, massage therapists, acupuncturists, and other healthcare providers.
We are particularly interested in a physiotherapist with experience or a strong interest in pelvic floor physiotherapy alongside orthopaedic musculoskeletal (MSK) rehabilitation. This role offers the opportunity to develop a diverse caseload while working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care.
What You'll Do
- Assess, diagnose, and treat clients using evidence-based physiotherapy techniques.
- Provide individualised treatment plans for orthopedic/MSK conditions and pelvic health concerns.
- Educate and empower clients to achieve their rehabilitation and wellness goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Build and grow your caseload through excellent patient care and relationship building.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional treatment space.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care.
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Professional liability insurance.
- Experience treating orthopedic/MSK conditions.
- Training or certification in pelvic floor physiotherapy (or actively pursuing postgraduate pelvic health education) is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an asset.
- Passion for providing patient-centred, evidence-based care.

Compensation
Compensation is based on a competitive percentage split. Please note that this is an independent contractor position and is not salary-based.
