No automotive sales experience is required. If you bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn, we’ll provide everything else.
Compensation: Salary + Commission + Bonus

What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers in finding the right vehicle for their needs
- Build relationships through exceptional customer service
- Learn and follow proven sales processes
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Work collaboratively with sales managers and finance teams
- Follow up with customers to ensure a great ownership experience
Who We’re Looking For:
- No previous sales or automotive experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Professional, reliable, and goal-oriented
- Valid driver’s license
