Duties
- Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Engage with clients through friendly communication to understand their preferences and recommend suitable treatments or products
- Upsell retail products like nail care items, lotions, and polishes to enhance client experiences and increase sales
- Educate clients on proper nail maintenance and aftercare to promote long-lasting results
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of workstations and tools throughout the day
- Contribute to a positive salon atmosphere by providing excellent customer service and fostering client loyalty
Qualifications
- Proven experience in nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, or nail enhancements is preferred
- Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in a salon environment
- Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and understand their needs
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining genuine customer relationships
- Skills in body waxing are a plus but not required; willingness to learn is appreciated
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while delivering high-quality results
- Retail sales experience is advantageous for promoting products and increasing revenue
