Job Description: eCommerce Fulfillment Associate (Production & Logistics)
Location: Mississauga, ON (On-site) Type: Full-Time Hourly Compensation: $19.00/hr
About Uniqfind
Uniqfind is a premium Canadian brand specializing in tech protection and personalization. We design and manufacture stylish skins and cases for Apple devices (MacBook, iPhone, iPad). We are looking for a detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our Mississauga team.
Do you have experience in a print shop or sign shop? This role is a perfect fit for you. It combines hands-on production (printing, laminating, cutting) with the logistics of getting those products shipped to customers.
The Schedule & Stability
- Target Hours: This position is designed to flex with our business volume. You can expect an average of 30–40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, Day Shift).
- Consistency: We pride ourselves on offering stable employment. Over the last year, our fulfillment team has maintained consistent full-time hours.
- Flexibility: As an e-commerce business, we classify this role as Hourly rather than Salaried. This allows us to offer overtime pay during peak seasons (like Q4) while retaining the flexibility to adjust schedules based on business volume if necessary.
What You Will Do
1. Production (The "Print Shop" Side)
- Operate and maintain wide-format printers and cutters (Roland and Graphtec).
- Handle finishing tasks: Laminating, weeding vinyl, cutting to size, and applying transfer tape.
- Inspect every skin for print quality, color accuracy, and material defects.
2. Order Fulfillment (The Logistics Side)
- Download and process daily orders via Shopify and ShipStation.
- Pick, pack, and label orders with high accuracy.
- Coordinate carrier pickups and ensure tracking numbers are uploaded correctly.
3. Inventory & Support
- Monitor stock levels of raw materials (vinyl, laminate, packaging).
- Assist the Customer Service team by investigating shipping errors or returns.
Who You Are
- Reliable: You show up on time and take ownership of your station.
- Detail-Oriented: You notice if a cut line is off by a millimeter or if a print has banding.
- Physically Capable: You can lift up to 50lbs (rolls of media) and are comfortable standing for the duration of a shift.
The "Ideal" Candidate (Bonus Points)
- Print Experience: You have worked in a print shop, sign shop, or production environment before.
- Machine Knowledge: You are familiar with wide-format printers (Roland/Mimaki), laminators, or vinyl plotters (Graphtec).
- Software Skills: Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or production software is a huge asset.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.
- Successful candidate will be required to pass a criminal background check.
