**Assistant Manager**
**Duties:**
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations of the store
- Interview and hire new employees
- Train and onboard new staff members
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist with scheduling and managing employee shifts
- Handle cash management, including opening and closing registers
- Collaborate with the manager to develop and implement sales strategies
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
**Skills:**
- Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing transactions
- Retail sales experience to drive sales and meet store targets
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain inventory accuracy and store cleanliness
- Ability to effectively manage a team, delegate tasks, and provide guidance
- Administrative skills to handle paperwork, record keeping, and reporting
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Proficient phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries or calls
