APS Driveway Sealing is seeking a dynamic and motivated Commission-Only Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and market research
- Present and promote APS Driveway Sealing services to residential and commercial clients
- Develop tailored proposals that meet client needs and negotiate terms effectively
- Manage ongoing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads, follow-ups, and sales activities
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and lead generation
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for growth
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations as needed
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development roles
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and French (preferred)
- Ability to develop strategic account management plans
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and tools to generate leads
- Technical sales experience is advantageous, especially related to home improvement or service industries
- Strong analysis skills to interpret market data and customer needs
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting client relationships
