Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Residential Construction Labourer to join our team and contribute to the successful completion of various residential concrete projects. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting skilled trades and gaining valuable hands-on experience in construction. The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to develop their skills across multiple facets of residential concrete construction.
Duties
- Operate hand tools, power tools, safely and efficiently
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to support project execution is a asset
- Ability to perform concrete forming, finishing are assets
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency throughout the project
Skills
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, concrete forming,
- Knowledge of skid steer loader operation is a plus but not required
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and schematics accurately
- Familiarity concrete placing and finishingi is advantageous
- Strong teamwork ethic with the ability to follow instructions carefully
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to learn new skills related to residential construction projects
