Job Duties:
As an office assistant for our team, we are looking for someone who can be a positive contributor and enjoys working with other people.
1. ERP data entry and verification
2. Greet and welcome visitors to our office
3. Organize working documents and files
4. Utilize spreadsheets to generate basic reports
5. Knowledge of basic book keeping
Required Knowledge and Skills:
1. Able to use MS Office Suite
2. Experience working with an ERP system, Quickbooks
3. Communication and organizational skills
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
6. Proficiency Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (both verbal & written communication)
