Located in downtown Barrie, Longevity Nexum is a growing multidisciplinary clinic focused on longevity, performance, rehabilitation, and chronic disease management. Our team works closely together to provide individualized, client-centered care through kinesiology, exercise physiology, and now physiotherapy services.
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Registered Kinesiologist or Clinical Exercise Physiologist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate values movement-based healthcare, enjoys working collaboratively, and is excited to build meaningful relationships within the community.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive movement, strength, mobility, and functional assessments.
- Develop and deliver individualized exercise programs for a wide range of clients including:
- Musculoskeletal injuries
- Chronic disease management
- Active aging populations
- Return-to-exercise and performance-based goals
- Lead one-on-one exercise sessions focused on improving health span, function, and quality of life.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, healthcare providers, and referral partners to optimize client outcomes.
- Educate clients on exercise, injury prevention, recovery strategies, and long-term health maintenance.
- Monitor client progress and modify programming based on goals, symptoms, and performance.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communication within the healthcare team.
- Participate in community outreach, workshops, social media, and marketing initiatives that promote movement and health within the Barrie community.
Requirements
- Degree in Kinesiology, Human Kinetics, or related field.
- Registered Kinesiologist (R.Kin) in Ontario and/or CSEP Clinical Exercise Physiologist designation.
- Current First Aid & CPR certification.
- Strong understanding of exercise prescription and movement-based rehabilitation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Passion for helping people improve their health through exercise and education.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
