We’re currently searching for a Part-Time In-Room Dining Server to join the IRD team. The In-Room Dining Server is responsible for delivering food and beverages to guest rooms with exceptional service, accuracy, and attention to detail while maintaining guest privacy, cleanliness, and 1 Kitchen’s hospitality standards.

Contract Status: This is a temporary, part-time position with a contract end date of January 31, 2027.
General Duties
- Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly, accurately, and professionally.
- Provide warm, personalized service while maintaining guest privacy and discretion.
- Set up and present in-room dining orders according to 1 Hotel’s service standards.
- Take and accurately process in-room dining orders, including special requests and dietary requirements.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, ingredients, allergens, and available amenities.
- Ensure orders are complete, properly presented, and meet quality and temperature standards.
- Clear and retrieve dining trays, tables, and service equipment from guest rooms and hallways.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen, service team, and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of in-room dining equipment and service areas.

About you...
- 1-2 years of previous experience in restaurant, hotel, or guest-facing hospitality.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, warm, and personable demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle guest requests and sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledge of food, beverage, and menu items is an asset.
- Must have a valid Ontario Smart Serve certification.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
