We are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join our team! The Project Coordinator serves as a liaison between customers, sales and production.

The roll is crucial in supporting the sales cycle. A passion for customer service and organizing projects is required. Print experience is not necessary. We will train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting our Senior Project Coordinating team with daily tasks
- Sales administration
- Maintains relationship with customers via telephone and email.
- Receives artwork, order requests and requests for pricing
- Advises customers regarding the status of their orders in process.
- Receives purchase orders from customers via email or telephone.
- Reviews all aspects of the order
- Monitor the movement of orders from artwork arriving to delivery
- Reviews new orders and updates particular delivery or shipping requirements
- Notifies all relevant plant personnel of any special orders around purchasing, production or rush orders
- Notify management and the Quality Control Manager of any complaints in a timely manner exhibiting excellent service and follow through
- Alerts team members to the existence of, and seeks resolution to pre-production issues that may impact production
- Must exhibit consistent desire to go above and beyond to ensure customer expectations are being met and exceeded.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is a bonus, but we are willing to train the right fit!
- Ability to read, and interpret communications and instructions from sales, clients and management
- Be proficient in reading and writing English
- Ability to clearly write instructions for other departments to follow
- Possess strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
