Overview
We are seeking a hardworking and motivated employee to join our student-run interlock restoration team this summer! This role offers the opportunity to work outdoors, develop hands-on business skills, learn proper restoration techniques, and gain valuable experience in customer service, teamwork, and project management. Prior experience in construction, landscaping, sales, or manual labour is an asset, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Use pressure washers and specialized equipment to prepare interlock patios, walkways, and driveways for restoration.
- Remove weeds, dirt, and debris from paver joints.
- Install polymeric sand into paver joints and compact surfaces.
- Assist with paver re-leveling and minor repairs when required.
- Ensure job sites are kept clean, organized, and safe.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and maintain a high standard of customer service.
- Follow all safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team.
