Enterprise Solutions Lead – SAP IS-Utilities CCS

Position Highlights
BC Hydro has a large SAP footprint with Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, PPM, SD, EAM, and IS-U all running in a single
instance. SAP IS-U CCS product owner or solution lead is a key player in driving SAP IS-U CCS initiatives and represent
the team for initiatives related to integrated systems with the customer information system.
Enterprise Solution Lead is responsible for the entire lifecycle of the IS-Utilities Customer Care and Service (CCS) solution
from operations/sustainment including budget and resources, roadmap and innovations and impacts to integrated systems.
What you'll do
- Working within the Enterprise Solutions team of the Technology Group, manages the operations and evolution of the SAP
for Utilities (also, Industry Solution Utilities Customer Care and Service or SAP CCS) solution and related systems.
- Provides expert-level advice to BC Hydro regarding features and capabilities of the SAP CCS solutions and closely
integrated components.
- Analyzes complex problems and works with both internal and external sources to develop solutions.
- Ensures and maintains the operational integrity of the SAP CCS solution.
- Conducts operational and project dependency reviews with Project Managers and Business Owners across BC Hydro to
identify project and program delivery dependencies.
- Manages major dependencies and risks across operations and projects and ensures the dependencies and risks are
understood and coordinated.
- Represent Enterprise Solutions team across BC Hydro by conducting operational and project reviews and participating on
steering committees.
- Oversees portfolio health review and ensures corrective actions are initiated. Provides operational and project
management leadership and coaching.
- Works across BC Hydro to support operations, project development and execution.
- Develops strategy and sets direction for SAP CCS. Identifies operations and project management process improvements
based on business needs and BC Hydro/Industry best practices.
- Accountable for implementation and adoption of BCH standards, processes, methodologies, and tools in support of
operations and project and portfolio management.
- Establishes governance procedures and supports project roll-out.
