Position: Customer Service & Marketing Assistant
Location: London, Ontario
We are looking for a motivated and reliable person to join our epoxy flooring company. The ideal candidate will help with customer communication, social media posting, advertisement follow-up, and organizing client inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer messages and calls
- Follow up with leads and potential clients
- Post content and promotions on social media
- Assist with online advertising and marketing
- Schedule appointments and maintain communication with customers
- Help grow the company’s online presence
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and online advertising
- Organized and professional attitude
- Experience in customer service or marketing is a plus
Part-time or full-time available.
