We’re Hiring an Executive Director!
Houston Community Services Association is looking for an experienced and
compassionate leader to help guide our organization into its next chapter.
Working closely with the Board of Directors, staff, volunteers, funders, and
community partners, the Executive Director provides leadership and oversight for a
diverse range of programs and services that support individuals and families throughout
our community.
HCSA programs include:
- The Food Bank
- The Vault Thrift Store
- Beanstalk Early Learning and Childcare Centre
- Family Services
- Victim Services
- Community Connections
- Community outreach initiatives
The successful candidate will help guide the organization’s operations, strategic
priorities, partnerships, and community impact.
What We Offer:
- Full-Time (35 hours per week)
- $30.00-$35.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience
