As a Crew Member at Qwench Juice Bar, you will provide outstanding customer service while preparing fresh juices, smoothies, bowls, and other menu items. You will help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment, ensuring every customer enjoys a great experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately using the POS system.
- Prepare smoothies, fresh juices, acai bowls, wraps, sandwiches, and other menu items according to company recipes and food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, equipment, and workstations.
- Wash, cut, and prepare fresh fruits and vegetables for daily operations.
- Restock ingredients, cups, lids, and other supplies as needed.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times.
- Handle cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately.
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality and speed.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and inventory checks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and managers.
- Report equipment issues or customer concerns to the manager promptly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is an asset but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
