Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations at our bustling establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant management experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Prior experience in food industry settings such as hospitality, hotel, or barista roles is highly valued.
Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff and ensuring high-quality food service
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling procedures to maintain safety and quality standards
- Handle cash transactions and POS systems such as SkyTab POS with accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper kitchen procedures
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and efficient service flow
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplies to optimize restaurant efficiency with possibility of grocery shopping
- Enforce health and safety policies across all areas of the restaurant environment
- Foster a positive team environment through leadership, motivation, and effective communication
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience within the food service or hospitality industry
- Extensive restaurant management background with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols
- Familiarity with POS systems such as SkyTab or similar platforms
- Experience in team management including interviewing, training, and performance evaluation
- Strong background in customer service, food handling, and hospitality standards
- Previous roles in hotel or barista environments are considered a plus
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
