Our client is looking for a Manufacturing Manager to lead and oversee production activities within a highly specialized precision manufacturing environment. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are consistently achieved.
- Collaborate with department leaders to coordinate workflow, resources, and production planning activities.
- Analyze operational, production, and quality performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of more than 50 employees across multiple departments.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Production Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience managing large teams and driving operational performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting production and quality data.
