Ecoway Bath specializes in premium smart toilets and innovative bathroom solutions designed for comfort, hygiene, and modern living. We work with distributors, builders, contractors, showrooms, designers, and commercial partners across Canada.
As a rapidly growing Canadian supplier of specialty bathroom products, we are looking for motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representatives to expand our sales team. This is a commission-based position with a base salary, offering excellent earning potential for individuals who are confident in their sales abilities, enjoy building relationships, and thrive in a performance-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Prospect and acquire new business within your assigned territory.
- Visit distributors, plumbing wholesalers, kitchen and bath showrooms, contractors, builders, and other potential customers.
- Generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
- Manage your sales territory and schedule efficiently.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable Ecoway Bath products and solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Represent Ecoway Bath professionally at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events when required.
Qualifications
- Previous outside sales or commission-based sales experience is required.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Valid Ontario G2 or G driver's license.
- Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
