We are looking for motivated, hardworking individuals who want to build a long-term career in the environmental remediation industry. This position is ideal for people with little or no experience who are eager to learn—we'll train you from the ground up. Starting pay for this position is based on your skills and experience. Most of our jobs are indoors so you won't have to work in the blazing sun or pouring rain and most of what we even do here is simply cleaning the spaces we are working in so anyone can learn to do it! Our projects typically last 1-5 days, so you will be seeing various parts of this beautiful area we live in as you build a variety of new skills.

After 6 months we will enroll you in our extended medical, dental, and vision plan (the company pays for 100% of the team's benefits plus offers weekly bonuses).
Compensation Packet Includes
- Wage range $21.00-$30.00 per hour based on skills and experience
- If you start at $21.00 there is a clear path on how you get to $30.00 per hour
- Payday every Friday
- Bonuses are paid out every 3 months and reviewed at our weekly crew meetings for transparency

- Regular wage increases in relation to your training and knowledge of our unique industry (no timeline)

Hazpro Environmental was founded in 2008 by Curtis Erickson. Hazpro is an organization of quality and integrity. We have the training, experience, and foresight to identify potential problems before they occur; communicating before, during, and after the job is key. Hazpro maintains highly specialized crew and equipment that is routinely dispatched anywhere from Sooke to Saltspring.
Physical Demands:
Must be capable of lifting, carrying, able-bodied, and willing to work in Tyvek suits and masks as well as interested in working with others who have positive attitudes. We have a good time and want you too as well.
Other than boots we supply everything you'll need to build a new carrier.
