What you’ll do
· Diagnose, repair, and restore vehicle bodies and panels to manufacturer standards
· Prep, fit, weld, sand, and finish components forpaint and reassembly
· Work with team members and service advisorsto meet deadlines and customer expectations
· Maintain a clean, safe workspace and properlyuse shop tools/equipment
· Follow repair plans, quality checks, and shopprocesses
Who we’re looking for
· Experience as an autobody technician orcomparable collision repair role
· Strong work ethic and a consistently positive,team-oriented attitude (this is essential)
· Proficient in metalwork, panel replacement,straightening, and finishing techniques
· Comfortable with welding, measuring, and OEMrepair procedures
· Good communication skills and reliability(punctuality and consistent attendance)
· Valid driver’s licence ; certifications (ICAR, ASE, Red Seal) an asset but not required
