We are seeking an experienced and motivated Shop Supervisor / Lead Hand to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a certified Truck and Coach Technician who enjoys leading a team, mentoring apprentices, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. Salary negotiations based on experience
- Certified Truck and Coach Technician (310T or equivalent certification).
- Several years of hands-on experience repairing and maintaining commercial trucks and equipment.
- Previous experience as a Lead Hand, Shop Foreman, or Supervisor is an asset.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience mentoring apprentices and developing technicians.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
