Bonsai Stays is a short-term rental company dedicated to providing safe, clean, and beautifully designed accommodations across Ontario, with properties in Muskoka/Cottage Country. We take pride in the details — and that extends to every member of our team.
The Role
We are looking for a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to support our operations across our Ontario property portfolio. You will be responsible for transporting supplies, linens, amenity kits, and other materials to our properties and storage locations in a timely and organized manner. This is a hands-on role that plays a direct part in ensuring our guests have an exceptional stay from day one.
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver supplies, linens, and amenity items to Bonsai Stays properties across assigned Muskoka regions.
- Ensure all items are loaded, transported, and delivered safely and in good condition
- Maintain a clean, organized vehicle at all times
- Communicate proactively with the operations team regarding delivery schedules, delays, or issues
- Follow efficient routing to meet delivery windows
- Assist with light unloading and stocking at properties as needed
- Complete basic delivery logs and documentation
- Represent Bonsai Stays professionally when interacting with property managers or housekeeping staff
Qualifications
- Valid Ontario G driver's licence (or equivalent) in good standing
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable driving in various Ontario weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Prior delivery, logistics, or hospitality experience is an asset but not required
Vehicle & Compensation
Company Vehicle Provided
Bonsai Stays will provide a company vehicle for use during your shifts. You will not be required to use your own vehicle for regular operations.
Temporary Personal Vehicle Use
Please note: during an initial onboarding period of approximately two weeks, you may be asked to use your personal vehicle while the company vehicle is being arranged. Reimbursement will be provided.
Compensation
- Mileage reimbursement for personal vehicle use during the onboarding period
