Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various manual tasks across our worksite, supporting the overall efficiency and safety of operations. Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Perform general site cleanup and maintain a tidy work area
- Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools and supplies
- Help with assembly, packaging, or basic construction tasks as directed
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery following safety protocols
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and report any hazards or incidents promptly
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Prior experience in manual labour or construction is a plus but not required
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a worksite setting
- Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings as applicable
- Must hold a valid driver's license
