Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Cook to join our team in a dynamic food service environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and be skilled in various aspects of food preparation and service.
Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces
- Ensure food safety guidelines are followed at all times
- Serve food to customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
- Help with dishwashing and cleaning duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks within the kitchen
