Pest Technician – Multifamily Residential
Position Summary
Canada’s fastest growing Integrated Pest management company is seeking an experienced Pest Technician with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in multifamily residential properties. We have positions available in our GTA, London and Halifax locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting comprehensive pest management programs that emphasize prevention, monitoring, tenant education, exclusion, and environmentally responsible control methods. This position requires a hands-on professional who is skilled in identifying pest issues, performing exclusion work, and effectively communicating with tenants, property management staff, and site supervisors.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct inspections of multifamily residential buildings and grounds to identify pest activity and contributing conditions.
· Implement Integrated Pest Management (IPM) strategies focused on prevention, monitoring, sanitation, exclusion, and targeted treatment.
· Perform minor building repairs, including patching and sealing small holes, cracks, gaps, and penetrations to prevent pest entry.
· Install or repair exclusion materials such as door sweeps, weather stripping, and screens.
· Educate tenants on IPM practices and pest prevention measures.
· Communicate inspection findings and treatment plans to tenants and site supervisors.
· Maintain accurate service records and reports.
· Respond professionally to pest-related service requests.
Required Qualifications
· Minimum 2 years of pest management experience in multifamily residential housing.
· Experience with pest exclusion work, including patching and sealing structural openings.
· Someone with a positive attitude who enjoys independence, building relationships, having fun, and keeping your community safe and healthy

· High School or better
· Valid Driver's license
· Must be 18 years of age
Preferred Qualifications
· Applicable provincial pest control applicator license or certification.
· Experience in large multifamily portfolios as well as townhouse settings.
· Basic construction, maintenance, or handyman skills.
