We are seeking a skilled Line Lead / Machine Operator to join our growing team. This role is for our afternoon shift from 5:00 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
- Works with fellow staff to ensure a high-quality product is safely produced.
- Responsible for organizing line set up including all materials required for running the production line safely and efficiently.
- Assists in organizing all materials for the scheduled shift.
- Responsible for the overall monitoring of product quality and food safety to ensure the product is produced by company standards.
- Ensuring safe operation of equipment by completing visual inspections and reporting any safety concerns to supervisor or management immediately.
- Maintains overall line workflow by monitoring manufacturing process; sets processing variables by making adjustments to machines to increase efficiency; monitors team for safety.
- Completes production plan by meeting targets and deadlines set out by Production Supervisor.
- Maintains and follows HACCP program and quality checks including Metal Detector (Critical Control Point).
- Maintains and follows the Corporate Quality Management System.
- Adheres to company food standard policies.
- Supervises the employees on the production shift
- Assists in completing weight and temperature checks.
- Always ensures good housekeeping at the site
- Responsible for completing all required documents accurately, and in a timely manner including pre-operational checks, and quality checks.
- Displays and adheres to strict Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- 1 year experience operating a machine.
- Prior experience in food manufacturing preferred.
- Good practical knowledge of GMP, HACCP and Food Safety.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge to diagnose and troubleshoot minor adjustments of equipment.
- Ability to bend, reach, twist, push, grip, pull repetitively, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work on feet for duration of shift.
- Ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships and work effectively with others.
- Willing to be flexible with working hours as workflow demands.

The salary range listed in this posting represents the expected compensation for this position based on market conditions and internal considerations. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s experience, qualifications, and alignment with the role requirements.
