Spearhead Tattoo Equipment
We’re looking for someone who understands the tattoo industry and enjoys building real relationships with artists and tattoo shops. This is not a typical “cold sales” role — we want someone who can represent the brand properly, talk shop with artists, and help introduce tattooers to our products in a genuine way.
Ideally, this is someone already involved in the tattoo industry:
- Tattoo artist
- Shop manager
- Supply sales rep
- Apprentice with strong people skills
- Someone with industry connections and knowledge

Spearhead Tattoo Equipment is a tattoo equipment company focused on premium tattoo cartridges and innovation-driven product development. We work closely with artists and shops to create products centered around stability, cleanliness, and consistency.
We’re growing and looking for someone who can help us build stronger relationships with tattoo shops and artists across North America.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to tattoo shops by phone, Instagram, email, and text
- Build and maintain relationships with artists and shop owners
- Follow up with shops that receive samples
- Help onboard new wholesale/shop accounts
- Represent the brand professionally within the tattoo industry
- Gather artist feedback and relay it back to our team
- Help coordinate shop visits, conventions, and promotions when needed
- Maintain ongoing communication with existing accounts
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in the tattoo industry preferred
- Tattoo artist or former tattoo artist is a major plus
- Comfortable speaking with people on the phone
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Understands tattoo culture and how artists make purchasing decisions
- Self-motivated and organized
- Familiar with Instagram and social media communication
- Sales experience is helpful, but personality and industry understanding matter more
Compensation
- Part-time flexible role

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
