The Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a Lot Attendant for the Cam Clark Ford location in Richmond, BC.

In the position of a Lot Attendant reporting to the Lot Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the organization and appearance of the car lot as well as assisting our detail department.
You will be accountable for:
- Drive, rearrange, and move vehicles on the lot.
- Deliver vehicles to appropriate departments after sales, trade-ins, arrival, etc.
- Ensure vehicles are clean and presentable.
- Maintain lot security.
- Ensuring the lot is organized, clean, and free from trash, litter, and debris.
- Report any problems or crimes within the lot.
- Complying with all company policies and procedures.
- Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as required.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record
- Must be dependable, and reliable, possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Outstanding Organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Working conditions: This position required you to be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions for short periods of time.
