We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Complete daily tasks (per insurance policy), staying ahead of all correspondence with our clients and insurance partners.
Collect information from prospective clients when sales staff are unavailable - ensuring that any referred prospects are directed to the correct producer.
Follow up with clients to discuss payments, endorsements, etc.
Greet and assist clients as needed when they arrive in office.
Pull incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail.
Answer incoming calls as directed.
Noting interactions with clients, insurance companies or otherwise in our cloud database.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration, insurance, or other related fields.
Fundamental knowledge of computer software, hardware, and mail.
Excels in customer service.
Excels in a small office, team environment.
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Deadline and detail-oriented.
Preferred willingness to obtain RIBO license.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9AM-4:30PM
Expected start date: June 29th, 2026.
Pay: $48,000.00 per year
