Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Plumbing Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in managing the scheduling, coordination, and communication of plumbing service operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency with various management systems, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment supporting plumbing services through effective logistics and customer interaction.
Responsibilities
· Complete plumbing estimates as required ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
· Read and verify technician daily job notes, ensuring all packing slips, parts, and time bills are uploaded and accurate.
· Reply to all customer inquiries regarding work orders, time discrepancies, or related issues, maintaining professional and clear communication. Responds to after-hours client inquiries and service calls in a timely and professional manner.
· Follow up on all open jobs, verify parts status and location, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
· Review resumes for plumbing candidates, coordinating and setting up interviews, and assisting in the hiring process.
· Work with Plumbing Service Manager to schedule daily service calls
· Other duties assigned by Manager
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in plumbing services
- Experience and strong proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Strong experience and demonstrated skills working on service management software and tools for tracking parts, time and estimates.
- NetSuite an asset.
- Proven ability to manage estimates, job notes and follow ups in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for addressing customer inquiries and coordinating team members
- Ability to identify and resolve issues related to system performance, parts status, and job documentation.
- Highly organized while prioritizing and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
