What You’ll Be Doing:

Monitoring video surveillance systems to ensure the safety of guests, employees, and company assets

Observing and reporting violations of AGLC Terms & Conditions or company policies
-
Supporting investigations and assisting in maintaining a fair gaming environment
-
Communicating with internal departments, law enforcement, and regulatory officials
-
Collaborating with the Security and Gaming teams to uphold the integrity of casino operations
What You Bring:
-
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently under pressure
-
Solid understanding of AGLC regulations and casino operations
-
Effective, professional communication skills
-
Comfortable using computers, radios, and surveillance equipment
-
Must be 18+ years old with a valid AGLC Gaming License (or able to obtain one)
-
Prior experience in surveillance operations (gaming environment preferred) is an asset
