About the Job:
The general Content Crew Lead responsibilities involve leading the crew and handling customers’ contents from both a cleaning and packing perspective. Completing detailed structural cleaning and bringing the home back to pre-loss condition.
The Optimal Candidate
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Able to work on call for after-hours emergency work
- Cleaning experience an asset
- Packing and moving experience an asset
- Driver's license a must
- Must be bondable
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Complete structural post construction cleaning in preparation for occupancy
- Pack and list contents taking great care in handling customers' possessions
- Be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe job site at all times
- Complete daily electronic documentation accurately and in a timely fashion
- Complete warehouse/office cleaning work as required
- Must be physically able to lift and move boxes
