ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor the performance of SLAs and KPIs according to the contract
- Drive customer centric enhancement of the contract
- Develop additional services to increase the relationship with the customers
- Develop the branch team; including hiring, dismissals and retention
REQUIREMENTS / REQUESTED QUALIFICATIONS

- Proven ability to manage expenses

- Experience managing remote locations/workforce

Desirable qualifications:
- 5 + years of experience in Lead or Supervisory positions
- B.S. or M.S Degree in Management Supply Chain or Engineering is a plus
- Experience in GSE industry
- Experience in Integrated Solutions Operations and Contracts
- Additional languages are a plus

40 hr work week plus additional hours when demand requires

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
