A. EVENT SUPERSVISOR
JOB SUMMARY
- Responsible for overseeing the actual event operations and ensuring that operations run smoothly and accordingly. Provides direction and leadership to all staff in ensuring the success of the events
QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITIONS
- Be able to read and understand Banquet Event Orders
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work varying hours for Event Scheduling
- Good communication skills
- ProServe certification required for roles involving alcohol service (must be 18+ to serve alcohol)
B. SERVER
JOB SUMMARY
- Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to each guests for events. Expected to do food and beverage service in both events and concessions, setup function rooms, and other services needed to help guests and clients execute their events successfully
QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITIONS
- Possess some food and beverage training
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work varying hours for Event Scheduling
- Good communication skills
- ProServe certification required for roles involving alcohol service (must be 18+ to serve alcohol)
C. FOOD RUNNER
JOB SUMMARY
- Responsible for transporting food items and other necessary catering equipment and supplies needed from the Lethbridge Trade and Convention Centre or Coast Hotels (Lethbridge) up to the offsite catering venues and vice versa
- Provides service support to food and beverage service team during event service
QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITIONS
- Possess some food and beverage training
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work varying hours for Event Scheduling
- Good communication skills
- Valid Driver's License (Clean Driving Record)
D. BARTENDER
JOB SUMMARY
- Responsible for preparing and serving non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages to guests responsibly in accordance with AGLC rules and company policies
QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITIONS
- Knowledgeable with cocktails drinks
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work varying hours for Event Scheduling
- Good communication skills
- Knowledgeable with AGLC rules
