Echelon Wellness is seeking a Patient Care Specialist to join our team in the Bedford region.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule appointments and assist with treatment estimates
- Assist with processing insurance claims and communicate with providers
- Support clinic operations in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a medical reception or similar role in a clinical setting(preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- A positive, patient-first mindset
- Fast-paced environment
- Work under pressure
