Job Summary
We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Showing Agent to assist with property showings for our real estate team. This position is ideal for a licensed real estate agent who enjoys meeting clients, conducting property tours, and providing excellent customer service without the responsibility of handling negotiations or closing transactions.
This is a paid per-showing position. Compensation is provided for conducting showings regardless of whether a deal is completed.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property showings for buyers and tenants professionally and on time
- Meet clients at properties and provide access and basic property information
- Coordinate showing appointments and communicate updates efficiently
- Ensure properties are secured after each showing
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive client experience
- Report client feedback after showings when requiredonal customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Valid real estate license required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
- Professional, punctual, and organized
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is an asset
- Multilingual abilities are considered an advantage
Compensation
- Paid per showing appointment
- Compensation is provided whether or not a transaction closes

Pay: $50.00-$100.00 per day
