HOPAP is seeking a passionate and dynamic Fundraiser to join our dedicated team, committed to advancing our mission and making a meaningful impact in the community. As a Fundraiser, you will play a vital role in cultivating relationships, securing financial support, and promoting awareness of our organization’s initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative fundraising strategies to attract individual donors, corporate partners, and grant opportunities.
- Donor Research & Outreach: Identifying and researching prospective donors, corporations, and foundations to understand their giving history and priorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing supporters while actively seeking new prospects through research and outreach efforts.
- Coordinate fundraising events, campaigns, and community outreach initiatives that inspire participation and generosity.
- Prepare compelling proposals, reports, and marketing materials that clearly communicate our mission and impact.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with supporters professionally, answering inquiries promptly, and expressing gratitude for contributions.
Skills
- Strong understanding of marketing principles to craft persuasive messaging that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Experience in research methods to identify new funding opportunities and analyze donor trends.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge of fundraising techniques, including event planning, grant writing, and digital campaigns.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Education:
A university degree or college diploma in business marketing, public relations, communications or a related discipline.
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
