Summary
We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at Relaxacare Inc. This role is essential in helping us expand our reach and deliver exceptional customer service. Located primarily online, you will play a key role in promoting our wellness products and ensuring customer satisfaction. We are Canadas largest wellness company and looking for someone to help us continue our growth. Be apart of a fast paced winning team. You must work every other weekend.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide expert advice on wellness products.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Process transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling.
- Maintain an organized sales floor and ensure product displays are appealing.
- Handle customer service inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage time effectively to meet sales goals and deadlines.
- Handle walk ins and educate customers on our products and assist them
- Outbound sales reaching out to potential customers or businesses
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles.
- Strong upselling skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingualism is an asset.
- Basic math skills for transaction processing and cash handling.
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and displays effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
