Duties
- Conduct door-to-door visits to introduce and promote company products and services to potential customers.
- Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions to maximize sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new clients through effective communication and customer service.
- Utilize sales techniques such as negotiation, product knowledge, and inside sales strategies to close deals.
- Use tools like Google sheets to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress efficiently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand current campaigns and incorporate messaging into your outreach efforts.
- Follow up with prospects via phone or email to nurture leads and convert interest into sales.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively within the community.
Requirements
- Proven experience or familiarity with sales techniques such as negotiation, B2B sales, telemarketing, or technical sales.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while staying motivated and goal-oriented.
- Previous experience in marketing, inside sales, or business development is advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred for neighborhood outreach activities.

Pay: $17.20-$27.00 per hour
