Landscape Labourer / Hardscape Crew Member
Ground Control Landscaping & Property Maintenance is looking to add a motivated and hardworking team member to our growing company based near Owen Sound, Ontario.
We specialize in landscape construction, hardscaping, property maintenance, and material delivery. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well in a team environment, and is willing to learn and grow with the company.
Job Duties Include:
- Spring and fall cleanups
- Mulch and garden bed installations
- Patio, retaining wall, and hardscape installations
- Artificial turf installations
- Material handling and site cleanup
- Operating equipment such as skid steers and mini excavators
- Driving dump trucks and hauling materials
- Assisting with grading, excavation, and landscape construction projects

Requirements:
- Valid G license
- Experience in landscaping or construction preferred
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labour
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Equipment operation experience is considered a strong asset
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
