To continue our growth and success, the company requires the services of a Production Team Member to assist in the production of our Redi-Rock, Rosetta and other pre-cast concrete products.
The duties of the position will include:
- Hands-on production of pre-cast concrete products.
- Stripping and preparing forms.
- Pouring of ready-mix concrete.
- Placing, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces on precast components.
- Use of hand tools and power tools.
- Follow all workplace safety protocols.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes (these are all considered to be an asset, but not required to be considered for the position):
- Production experience.
- Concrete experience.
- Safety training.
- Ability to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
