Palagon is a commercial real-estate company with offices in Downtown Vancouver. Our main activities are the rental of (small) offices spread through Downtown Vancouver. We serve small businesses and entrepreneurs.
Palagon primarily operates on cloud based systems and are looking for a motivated person to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator for a contract position within our Vancouver team.
Opportunities you will have in this position:
a) Work with an empowering team to establish a heart-centered approach to business in commercial real-estate
b) Be involved in building dynamic relationships between the landlord and the client base - Gain experience with effective communication
c) Build and implement strategies to target Palagon's ideal client - Gain the opportunity to optimize the marketing processes and systems
Responsibilities:
This agreement outlines the duties and responsibilities associated with the position of Marketing Employee at Palagon. Your role includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:
Content Marketing
- Create and manage content across all platforms, including primary channels such as Spacelist, Craigslist, Instagram, Facebook, and Facebook Ads.
- Maintain consistent communication and engagement with our audience across all social media channels.
Marketing and Database Management
- Execute various design and content tasks, including creating banners, developing marketing materials, updating signage, and drafting/finalizing Mailchimp campaigns.
- Coordinate the procurement of marketing materials, such as Palagon-branded items, for client welcome baskets.
- Collaborate with our web developer to implement website updates aimed at improving user experience and increasing lead conversion for office rentals.
- Ensure all office spaces are professionally staged to maintain a warm and inviting environment.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain, organize, and update client information within our database.
- Conduct client follow-ups and provide tours of available office spaces in accordance with established systems for phone, text, and email communications.
- Collect client feedback and utilize analytics to inform decision-making. These insights will be presented during marketing meetings, including updates to the lead tracker spreadsheet.
Market Research and Strategy
- Conduct comprehensive market research every month.
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns and innovative strategies to continually evolve our approach to our niche demographic.
