Estimator – Exterior Construction

Noble Exteriors is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Estimator to join our growing team.
We specialize in commercial exterior construction projects across Ontario and Canada, including:
- EIFS & Stucco
- Masonry (Block, Brick, Stone)
- Metal Siding
- ACM Panels
- Painting
- Caulking
- Exterior Cladding Systems
Position Overview
We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 7 years of estimating experience in the construction industry who can confidently manage takeoffs, pricing, project coordination, and execution processes from tender stage to project completion.
The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of commercial construction drawings, materials, and project workflows.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates
- Review architectural and structural drawings/specifications
- Use PlanSwift efficiently for takeoffs and estimating
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
- Prepare and submit tender packages and quotations
- Assist with project management and execution
- Track budgets, schedules, change orders, and project progress
- Communicate with clients, consultants, and site teams
- Support multiple ongoing commercial projects simultaneously
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in estimating/project management
- Strong experience in:
- EIFS / Stucco
- Masonry
- Metal Siding
- ACM Panels
- Painting
- Caulking
- Advanced knowledge of PlanSwift
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings/specifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with commercial construction projects
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Compensation
- Annual salary: $76,000 – $84,000
- Full-time permanent position
