We’re looking for a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused supervisor to help lead our new cottage-country ice cream shop in Haliburton this summer!
This is a hands-on leadership role perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized during busy rushes, and creating a fun, positive atmosphere for both customers and staff.
Position:
Shop Supervisor / Shift Lead
Pay:
Starting at $21/hour + tips
Responsibilities:
- Leading day-to-day shop operations
- Supervising and supporting staff
- Providing excellent customer service
- Managing busy rush periods efficiently
- Opening and/or closing the shop
- Handling cash/POS transactions
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Helping with inventory and restocking
- Creating a fun, welcoming team environment
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

- Organized and detail-oriented
- Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to provide strong customer experiences
Previous customer service or food-service experience is preferred. Leadership experience is a major asset.
