What You’ll Do
- Manage the full sales cycle, from consultation to closing and follow-up
- Meet with clients in our showroom and in their homes to understand their needs
- Design custom storage and organization solutions tailored to each client
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Network within the community to generate new business opportunities
- Use advanced design software to present clear, professional project plans

What You Bring
- Experience in retail or consultative sales (home improvement or design industry preferred)
- Knowledge or background in interior design
- At least 2-3 years of sales experience is required
- Strong attention to detail, including accurate measuring of spaces
- A solution-oriented mindset—you focus on solving problems, not just selling
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (for in-home consultations)
