Job Summary
New opportunity for an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive developing new accounts in the Financial Services sector for a growing Custom Software Development company. This is a Hybrid opportunity, however you must reside in the Greater Toronto Area. Company is based in downtown Toronto (steps from subway). Base salary is 90K + commission (TC 180K on target). Full benefits after 3 months.
Responsibilities
This company helps enterprises modernize how work gets done. Their AI Workflow Platform and Intake solutions automate how requests enter the organization, how decisions are made, and how workflows across teams combining AI, rules, and human-in-the-loop design.
- Hunt! This role requires a strong business developer to network, prospect, and target senior decision makers in financial institutions
- Lead discovery focused on intake, triage, routing, and decision workflows
- Build trusted relationships with executives responsible for operations, transformation, and technology
- Work with the leadership team to negotiate and close deals
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of proven enterprise sales experience ideally within the SaaS sector
- A track record of closing software and services deals over 100K
- Experience prospecting and selling into banks, government and financial institutions
- Comfort selling ambiguity and shaping scope from first principles
- Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills
