Inside Sales Account Manager — Signage, Printing & Commercial Projects

Job Summary
MYC Media is hiring an Inside Sales Account Manager to manage company-generated leads, house accounts, existing customers, dormant accounts, and quote follow-ups.
The person hired will be responsible for converting incoming opportunities, following up on open quotes, growing existing customer accounts, and helping turn customer demand into approved revenue.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming leads from phone calls, website inquiries, walk-ins, marketing, and repeat customers
- Follow up on open quotes until they are approved, lost, or disqualified
- Manage house accounts and existing customer opportunities
- Reactivate dormant accounts and past customers
- Identify repeat-order and account-growth opportunities
- Communicate with customers about project needs, pricing, timelines, and next steps
- Ask customers for decisions and approvals
- Work with estimating, design, production, and installation teams
- Maintain accurate notes, follow-ups, and customer records
- Help improve close rates on company-generated opportunities

Requirements
- Inside sales, account management, customer sales, or B2B sales experience
- Strong follow-up habits
- Comfortable asking customers for approvals
- Ability to manage multiple open quotes and customer requests
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to learn custom products and project-based selling
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving business
- Able to keep accurate notes and follow-up records
Relevant Experience

Compensation
$55,000–$75,000 per year, plus quarterly performance bonus.
Bonus is based on sales results, quote follow-up, existing customer growth, dormant account reactivation, and closed revenue. This matches the inside sales KPI direction, which focuses heavily on existing/house customers, existing customer growth, dormant accounts, and company-generated opportunities.
Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
